At the time of booking you must specify the number of people who will use the accommodation, which must be the same as the one that occupies it.
Guests agree to maintain proper conduct to live in good relations with other neighbors, not to make noise in the house, portal, terraces or parking.
Make good use of the facilities, equipment and utensils of the houses.
Parties are not allowed in homes or in common areas.
Smoking is not allowed inside homes.
No pets allowed.
Take care of the set of keys that we have delivered.
Contribute to not waste resources, such as water and light. Remember to turn off the lights every time you leave the house.
If you use the community terraces, when leaving them remember to pick up and turn off the light.
During your stay, we recommend emptying the trash daily and depositing it in the nearest trash bins.
If you have assigned parking, you can only use your place, not others.
For your safety and that of other guests, always close the main door and the access to the portal if there is one.
