En cumplimiento del nuevo DECRETO Ley 17/2020 del Gobierno de Canarias de fecha 29 de octubre de 2020 sobre Medidas extraordinarias en materia turística para afrontar los efectos de la crisis sanitaria y económica producida por la pandemia ocasionada por la COVID-19.
En las Islas Canarias trabajamos intensamente cada día para que pueda visitarnos con las máximas condiciones de seguridad, higiene y calidad.
Para preservar la baja incidencia epidemiológica del archipiélago y garantizar la sostenibilidad de la actividad turística, es imprescindible que todos los visitantes mayores de 6 años, que no provengan de las Islas Canarias, demuestren mediante un certificado la realización de un test de diagnóstico de infección activa por COVID-19 con resultado negativo realizado en las últimas 72 horas y homologado por las autoridades sanitarias.
Dicho certificado es necesario para acceder a este y a cualquier otro alojamiento turístico de las islas. Puede presentarse de forma digital o en papel y en él debe constar la fecha y hora de la realización del test, la identidad de la persona física sometida al mismo, el centro autorizado responsable de su verificación y su naturaleza, así como el resultado negativo.
No se exigirá tal certificado a los no residentes que acrediten -mediante su documento de viaje- haber permanecido en el territorio de la comunidad autónoma de Canarias los 15 días previos a la fecha de acceso a este alojamiento turístico y que además en dicho periodo no hayan tenido síntomas compatibles con COVID-19.
Los residentes canarios deberán acreditar su condición como tal y declarar bajo su responsabilidad el no abandono de las Islas Canarias en los 15 días previos a la llegada al establecimiento y la no presentación de síntomas compatibles con COVID-19 en dicho periodo.
Excepcionalmente, y en el caso de que demuestre su disponibilidad para realizarse un test diagnóstico, le informaremos del centro autorizado más próximo y permitiremos su acceso y pernoctación el tiempo imprescindible para obtener los resultados. Hasta entonces, no podrá abandonar su unidad alojativa.
Le recomendamos descargar y mantener activa durante su estancia en las islas, así como los 15 días inmediatamente posteriores a su regreso a su lugar de origen, la aplicación móvil de alerta de contagios RADAR COVID.

To maintain the archipelago’s low incident rate for the pandemic and guarantee the sustainability of our tourist activity, all visitors over the age of six who are not arriving from Canary Islands must present a certificate that is officially recognised by the healthcare authorities to show that they have tested negative for active COVID-19 infection in the past 72 hours.
This certificate will be required to check in this and any other tourist accommodation in the islands. You may show a digital or hard copy of it and it must contain the date and time the test was taken, the identity of the individual taking it, the laboratory responsible for verification and the nature of the laboratory, and the negative result.
This certificate will not be required for non-residents who show proof (in the form of a travel document) that they have been in Canary Islands territory for the 15 days prior to the date they are checking into this tourist accommodation and that they have not had any symptoms of COVID-19 during that time.
Canary Islands residents must show proof that they are such and declare, under their own responsibility, that they have not left Canary Islands in the 15 days prior to arriving at this establishment and that they have not had any symptoms of COVID-19 during that time.
As an exception, if you state that you are willing to take a diagnostic test, we will provide you with details of the nearest authorised centre and we will allow you to enter and stay for the minimum time required to get your results. You will not be able to leave your accommodation unit until the results are received.
We recommend downloading and keeping the RADAR COVID contagion notification app enabled on your mobile during your stay in the islands and for the 15 days immediately following your return to your place of origin.
